This weeks Ankle Breaker happens to be one of my favorite.
I Call it "The Ultimate Ankle Breaker"
The idea is to fake a heel pass and hold. here is how to to it:
1. Step on the ball and roll it back
2. Using the inside of the foot push the ball behind your standing leg (as if doing a heel pass)
3. Instead of letting the ball go, roll that foot on top of the bal and hold for a bit.
4. Now your foot is on top of the ball.
5. In a quick motion use the foot on top of the ball to bring it back to where it came from
NOTE: The best time to do this is when you have an option for a pass or an overlap. You fake the ball going
towards a certain direction and when the defender bites, you go the other way.
